Salt + Ash is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and contributing to the creation of exceptional menu experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and motivate our culinary team to deliver high-quality dishes
* Collaborate with our chefs to develop and implement new menu ideas
* Ensure seamless kitchen operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
* Develop and implement training programs for new team members

**Requirements:**

* 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performing restaurant
* Culinary diploma/degree is an asset
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Passion for food and beverage and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
