About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Lordco Auto Parts. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.


Key Responsibilities



  • Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash wrap and surrounding areas
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store atmosphere
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols

Requirements



  • Previous cash handling experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales and customer service goals
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
