Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Wilson Pharmacy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and sweeping floors.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with heavy foot traffic.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
