Job Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience working within the renewable energy space, solar sales
  • Successful track record within solar sales, commercial experience would be a strong asset
  • Relevant education or experience within the industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Experienced with door-to-door outreach in order to identify potential customers.
  • Comfortable working with residential home owners about the benefit of considering solar energy as an option
  • Meet or exceed set targets to close sales and earn commissions
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
  • Advance communication skills, critical thinking, interpersonal skills
  • Strong drive for success
  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
