About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Solar Sales Representative to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial and residential solar installation market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Conduct door-to-door outreach to identify potential customers
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of solar energy to residential homeowners
  • Meet or exceed sales targets to earn commissions
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients
Requirements
  • 5 or more years of experience in the renewable energy space, specifically in solar sales
  • Successful track record in solar sales, with commercial experience a strong asset
  • Relevant education or experience in the industry
  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
  • Strong drive for success and a passion for renewable energy
