Job Title: Senior Solar Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solar Sales Representative to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a Senior Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial and residential solar installation market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to identify potential solar energy opportunities
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of solar energy to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of experience in solar sales, preferably in a commercial or residential setting
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the solar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
