Job Opportunity at Earthscape Ontario

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman/Forewoman to join our team at Earthscape Ontario. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day work activities of our landscape construction team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work activities of a landscape construction crew
  • Train crew members in skills and methods of landscape installation
  • Plan labor requirements, equipment needs, and material deliveries
  • Coordinate subcontractors and provide oversight on location
  • Maintain and enforce standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in landscaping construction site work
  • Experience reading and interpreting scaled drawings
  • Leadership skills and ability to engage others in task accomplishment
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and respect project timelines
  • Comfortable operating a variety of landscaping machinery
  • Minimum G class license
