Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of reservations staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Client Service
    • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operations Management
    • Coordinate and assign work to team members to ensure business continuity.
    • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery.
    • Arrange repair work to minimize downtime and ensure customer service delivery.
  • Human Resources
    • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Procurement
    • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience is an asset.
Work Environment
  • Work Term
    • Permanent.
