Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Saddleridge Liquor. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service
- Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales associates to ensure efficient store operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
