About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team at DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD. as a key member of our golf course maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training
    • No formal education is required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Work Site Environment
    • The successful candidate will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Setting
    • The majority of the work will take place on a golf course, with occasional work in landscape maintenance.
  • Tasks
    • Cut and maintain grass to ensure a high-quality playing surface.
    • Remove litter and garbage from the golf course and surrounding areas.
    • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to promote healthy growth.
    • Operate and maintain various landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other machinery.
    • Examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and diseases, and take corrective action as necessary.
    • Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products to maintain the health and appearance of the golf course.
    • Plan and coordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping, ornamental purposes, and other related activities.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • The successful candidate will be required to perform repetitive tasks and work in a physically demanding environment.
    • Bending, crouching, and kneeling will be necessary to perform various tasks.
    • The work term is permanent, and the successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week.
    • The primary language of work is English.
