Landscape Labourer Job Description

Gurbaring Contracting Ltd. is seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor crew, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and performing various other tasks related to landscape maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed, applying fertilizers, and watering and tending to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and performing physically demanding tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a variety of locations and environments.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
