Job Title: Computer Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Specialist to join our team at Mu-Tech. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system efficiency and reliability
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in computer systems support and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, including operating systems, networks, and databases
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
