We are seeking a skilled Senior Digital Solutions Architect to create innovative solution architectures for systems. This role will ensure recommendations are explored for time, cost, and compliance to client policies while meeting business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and present technical solutions with all data ingestion, transformation, and scheduling to review with clients.
  • Analyze customer use cases and available data to prepare for automated & ongoing data ingestion to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure understanding of requirements with Merkle policies and industry best practices.
  • Create solution design options based on requirements and the standards, patterns, and procedures of clients.
  • Architect data feeds, design platform configurations, and components needed to run complex automated campaigns.
  • Complete solution design documentation, including input into client's standard reference models.
  • Identify CDP enhancements, extending frameworks, and incorporating new ideas.
  • Develop necessary workflows to extract data, transform the data, and load the data into CDP.
  • Be involved with data transformation and ETL through custom development and automated solutions.
  • Be involved with data ingestion through custom development to meet client requirements.
  • Streaming: Architect and develop ongoing solutions to ingest customer data in more real-time using streaming technology.
  • Batch: Architect and develop ongoing solutions to automate batch ingestion for AEP customers.
  • Deploy the final solution to a production environment (or Client end-state environment).
  • Report into the CDP Delivery Lead. This is a remote role.

As a Senior Digital Solutions Architect, you will have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform: (any of RT-CDP, AJO, CJA). You will have experience working in an agency or consulting company across multiple industries.

You will be responsible for collaborating on complex deals and leading teams. You will have personal technical credibility, through direct experience leading and inspiring teams (directly or indirectly) on technologies and best practices.

You will have experience with activation platforms and concepts (e.g. CMS, DAM, ad serving). You will have experience with data security/privacy best practices. You will have platform architecture with focus on data ingress and egress.

You will have XDM & Mix-Ins (for data modeling). You will have relational database concepts, with exposure to SQL. You will have data management, segmentation, ETL best practices.

You will have scripting and query development. You will have data processing – API, Batch. Specifically – using tools such as Swagger to build and present data relationships across solutions.
