Job Title: Accounts Receivable Supervisor

At Light Harvesting Shading Solutions Inc., we are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the accounts receivable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of accounts receivable staff
  • Process and reconcile customer payments
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Prepare and submit reports on accounts receivable activity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software
