About the Role

As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the face of our branches, connecting with customers in a relatable way. Your priority will be to provide exceptional service throughout the customer's journey.

  • You will take a proactive approach to understanding our customers' needs and listening to their requests.
  • You will process day-to-day transactions efficiently.
  • You will nurture long-standing relationships with our customers.
  • You will contribute to our Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities.
  • You will be a technology expert, sharing your knowledge and introducing clients to our mobile banking applications.

Requirements

  • You are available to work a flexible schedule.
  • You are comfortable in simple sales situations.
  • You have strong technical skills and can promote digital and self-service banking options.
