Role Summary:

As a Field Canvasser at Leaf Home, you will play a pivotal role in generating qualified leads for our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to cover assigned territories, meeting with prospective customers at their homes to introduce our product offerings and gather their information for the sales team to schedule product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with customers through door-to-door interactions, promoting Leaf Home products and services.
  • Cover assigned territories during scheduled shifts, ensuring consistent coverage and maximum lead generation.
  • Acquire customer contact information for product demonstrations and generate additional leads by asking for referrals.
  • Report daily results to field management, providing valuable insights into sales performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work outside in varying climates, with a willingness to adapt to different weather conditions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with a focus on meeting business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate Leaf Home's value proposition to customers.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to sales, with a drive to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
