Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dawn Food Services Ltd. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and productivity.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
