About the Role:

We are seeking a Clinical Counsellor to join our team in Abbotsford, BC. As a Clinical Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing individual psychological treatment/counselling sessions, education classes, and relaxation training groups within the context of the Occupational Trauma Program. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and develop individual treatment plans for adults diagnosed with Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans for adults diagnosed with PTSD.
- Provide short-term, one-on-one psychological support and empirically validated treatments such as CBT to clients enrolled in physical therapy.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
- Registered or eligible for registration with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors.
- Excellent knowledge of the practice of counselling in a rehabilitation environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of $39.62-$70/hour or 50-55% percentage fee.
- Opportunity to work with a diverse client base and develop expertise in trauma-informed care.
