About the Role

FortisBC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op Student to join our Information Systems team. As a Co-op Student, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support for FortisBC personal computing and related equipment.
  • Perform upgrades, installations, and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Load and configure laptops and desktops for end-user deployment.
  • Update corporate software records and documentation.
  • Support IS project teams and action user support requests.
Requirements
  • Enrolled in a Computer Information Systems or equivalent program.
  • Enrolled in a Co-op program.
  • Microsoft experience.
  • Network infrastructure training - Cisco.
  • IP telephony training.
  • Valid driver's license.
