Culinary Specialist at A&W Restaurant

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for determining food portion sizes and costs, planning menus, and preparing complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the size of food portions and costs
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
