We are seeking a dedicated and personable attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and possess two to five years of litigation experience, with a focus on Creditors' Rights law and enforcement of judgments. Experience dealing with debt recovery on behalf of financial institutions is highly valued. Additionally, proficiency in French is considered an asset.
The selected candidate will be well-organized, have excellent communication skills, and be a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario.
