About the Role

This is a part-time seasonal position that requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating an engaging shopping experience
  • Maintaining product knowledge and assisting customers with purchases
  • Receiving and processing stock, including unpacking, scanning, and tagging
  • Assisting with re-stocking and pricing duties
  • Utilizing the Point of Sale system and Mobile Point of Sale System
  • Participating in staff training and store events

About You

We're looking for a candidate who is:

  • Exemplary in customer service skills
  • Upbeat, optimistic, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Comfortable working in a team-focused environment and sharing ideas
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
