As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and staff, including correspondence management, calendar organization, and travel arrangements.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, including catering, venue booking, and logistics.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary degree or diploma in office administration or a related field an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and service.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
