ROFS Canada Operations Specialist

At ROFS Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our field operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist crew and supervisors/management with duties in the field and shop.
- Have or acquire a Class 3 license with Q endorsement.
- Complete driver evaluation and basic safety courses.
- Perform pre/post trips on units, maintain required safety, operational, and regulatory documentation.
- Assist with cleaning shop, yard, and equipment, and keep wireline units stocked with supplies.
- Perform regular maintenance on wireline trucks and auxiliary equipment under supervision.
- Understand and operate various meters and learn how to disassemble and service rope sockets/cableheads.
- Basic knowledge of pressure control equipment and tools, and give proper crane hand signals.
- Understanding of basic wellbore mechanics and design, and differentiate between sweet and sour well operations.
- Install tire chains under supervision and mix oilwell cement.
- Ability to follow instruction and demonstrate a positive attitude and qualities of a team player.
- Successful completion of pre-hire testing (physical/hearing test/drug screen).
- 18 years of age.
