Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
- Staff Training and Development
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Inventory Management
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Personal Suitability
- Demonstrate excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
