About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative plays a vital role in generating sales and developing new business for Dynamic Funds, a subsidiary of Scotiabank. As a key member of the sales team, this individual must possess in-depth knowledge of company and competitor products, industry trends, and client business practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Wholesaler in generating sales and developing new business opportunities;
- Initiate phone contact with clients to build relationships and increase sales;
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Dynamic Funds' products and services;
- Collaborate with the Sales Administrator to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless execution;
- Participate in national, regional, and departmental meetings to share feedback and information;
- Escalate client issues to the appropriate department and the Wholesaler;
- Assist in developing a strategic business plan for the year and review it quarterly with the team;
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a field such as Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration;
- CSC or IFIC certification; CFP or CIM;
- Bilingual is an asset;
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience;
- Minimum 5+ years of management experience and managing a territory;
