Project Management Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Associate to join our team at Crédit Agricole SA. As a key member of our Finance Division, you will be responsible for providing project management support to our team, including assisting in the definition of project needs, following up on implementation plans, and coordinating testing on IT projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Support: Provide project management support to the Finance Division, including assisting in the definition of project needs, following up on implementation plans, and coordinating testing on IT projects.
- Financial Applications: Build and maintain financial applications under the direction of the Head of Projects & Administration, using development tools such as MS Office, SQL, VBA, and Python.
- Application Support: Provide application support to Financial Division applications, including Oracle Financials, Leasequery, and Business Objects.
- Testing and Documentation: Perform application testing and write documentation on financial applications supported or developed.
- Financial Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial division work and provide support to Finance users on Oracle Financials, Business Objects, and Head-Office reporting.
- Referential Maintenance: Maintain the referential of application (signature authority).
- Monthly Closings: Close the monthly periods in coordination with the accounting department.
- Procurement Tool Administration: Assist as administrator the procurement tool for the Americas.
- Education: Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent in MIS or Data analytics.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in supporting similar teams in their day-to-day activities, using Business Objects and Oracle Financials products.
- Skills: Fluent in French and English, programming skills, knowledge of BusinessObjects and Oracle Financials applications support, basic accounting knowledge, and agile methodology.
- Language: French and English.
