Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide personalized support to customers, answering questions and making recommendations to drive sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest sportswear trends and products, ensuring you can provide expert advice to customers.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Loss Prevention: Ensure that loss prevention policies are followed, protecting our business and assets.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Required Skills and Knowledge
  • Passion for Fitness: A genuine enthusiasm for active, healthy living and a desire to help others achieve their fitness goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or sales.
