Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to join our team at Alberta Ltd. o/a Cosmos Pizza.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and managing kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning: Plan and develop menus that cater to our customers' tastes and preferences.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and kitchen maintenance.
- Staff Training: Train and mentor kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Cooking Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as a cook in a restaurant setting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
