Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room assignments, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Service: Greet and register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies and room assignments.
- Cash Handling: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide customer service to guests and colleagues.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Urban area, hotel, motel, resort.
- Staff Accommodation: Provided.
- Public Transportation: Available.
