Carewest Innovative Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist I to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our clients in a multi-program, team-based customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide pharmaceutical care to clients, including the recommendation and modification of pharmaceutical care plans.
- Offer medication information and counseling services to clients and their families.
- Prepare, distribute, and control medications in accordance with professional practices and standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- BSc Degree in Pharmacy required.
- Registered and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy required.
- APA (Additional Prescribing Authorization) permit is preferred.
