Job Title: HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning) Systems Supervisor

Alpha Refrigeration is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Systems Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of HVAC technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct site visits to assess HVAC system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Certification.
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Red Seal Certificate.
  • First Aid and CPR Certification.
  • Gas Fitter Certificate - Level 2 or B.
  • Valid driver's license.
