About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Technician Supervisor to join our team at Alpha Refrigeration. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of HVAC technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
  • Conduct site visits to assess and diagnose HVAC system issues and develop repair plans
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for technicians and customers
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their HVAC needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Proven track record of supervising and leading teams
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
