Job Title: HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning) Technician

Alpha Refrigeration is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Estimate costs and materials for maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed in the workplace
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Diagnose faults using testing devices and perform repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions
Requirements:
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
  • 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC industry
  • Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
