Your Role:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and success. You will collaborate closely with account managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support and guidance to clients regarding their accounts.
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless client interactions and satisfaction.
  • Assist clients in navigating multiple contracts and purchasing options, providing expert advice and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling products and services to existing clients, expanding their engagement with Softchoice.
  • Contribute to the growth and diversification of a dynamic commercial portfolio.
  • Work closely with suppliers, partners, and technology experts to provide comprehensive support to clients in the complex IT environment.
Your Skills:

  • Proven relationship-building skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or account management.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Fluency in English is essential for this position due to daily collaboration with English-speaking colleagues and clients outside Quebec.
