Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet production schedules
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our culinary genres and menu offerings
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure accurate inventory management
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
