About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Electricians Supervisor to join our team at Jecxo Electrical & Renovation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate electrical projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete projects.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit and hire skilled electricians, and provide training and development opportunities to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and develop plans to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all electrical work is completed to the highest standards, and that all necessary safety protocols are followed.
  • Cultural Competency: Provide cultural competency training and awareness to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers, newcomers, and refugees.
  • Support for Youths: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
  • Work Environment: Ensure that the work environment is safe, healthy, and respectful for all employees.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role is required.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
