Job Title: Customer Service Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Clerk at NT Temps Inc.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their complaints and concerns, and ensuring their needs are met. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, using active listening skills and empathy to resolve issues.
  • Process transactions, including receiving payments and issuing receipts.
  • Assist with sales and merchandising, including restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
