Job Title: Customer Service Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Clerk to join our team at NT Temps Inc. As a Customer Service Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their complaints and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information and assistance to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Arrange for refunds and credits as necessary
  • Issue receipts and other forms as required
  • Receive payments and process transactions accurately
  • Sell merchandise and promote our services to customers
  • Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients in a clear and concise manner
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a rural area and travel as required
