Job Title: Customer Service Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Clerk at NT Temps Inc.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their complaints and concerns, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information and answer inquiries to customers
  • Arrange for refunds and credits as necessary
  • Issue receipts and other forms
  • Receive payments and process transactions
  • Sell merchandise and promote products
  • Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Ability to work in a rural area, business, or agriculture setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Work Environment:

The Customer Service Clerk will work in a rural area, business, or agriculture setting, and will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and handle heavy loads.
