Key Responsibilities- Recipe Development: Create and implement new recipes and menus to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Bakery Operations: Supervise and coordinate the baking process, including mixing, proofing, and baking of bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Staff Management: Train and supervise a team of bakers to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and manage inventory of ingredients, equipment, and supplies.
- Production Planning: Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
