About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at Atlas-Apex Roofing (Nova Scotia) Inc. as a key member of our roofing crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair various types of roofing systems, including built-up roofing systems and single-ply roofing systems.
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces.
  • Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.
Work Environment

As a Roofing Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding job that requires bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field, or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work at heights and in various locations, including outdoors.
