Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing cleaning duties and routines to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning tasks and routines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist with laundry and linen services.
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed.
  • Participate in infection control and prevention measures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

  • Ability to learn and apply basic skills through on-the-job training.
  • Self-regulation and independence in work tasks.
  • Ability to cooperate with others.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset.
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare environment is beneficial but not required.
  • Receipt of at least two doses of a Health Canada-approved COVID-19 vaccine.
