Job Title: Housekeeping Aide

About the Role:

Cedarcroft Place Retirement Residence is seeking a temporary Housekeeping Aide to support our team in maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning duties and routines to ensure a pleasant and safe environment
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in on-the-job training to develop skills and knowledge
  • Meet the requirements for the position, including vaccination and previous experience in housekeeping or healthcare

Requirements:

  • Ability to learn and apply basic skills through on-the-job training
  • Self-regulation and ability to work independently
  • Cooperation with others
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or healthcare (asset)
  • Received at least two doses of a Health Canada approved Covid-19 vaccine
