We are seeking an experienced Senior Retail Operations Manager to oversee and manage the total operation of a Spirit Halloween store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have prior retail management experience and be responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of the seasonal store.
Responsibilities- Oversight of store operations, including Guest Services, expenses, and staffing.
- Management of shrink, merchandising, and inventory control to maximize sales and profitability.
- Leadership of setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum age requirement of 21 years old.
- A flexible schedule with 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail management experience is required.
The physical demands of the job require standing for long periods, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions.
CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the responsibilities, skills, and qualifications required for the role.
