About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Hot Pot Grill Authentic Indian Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our dishes are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring that they are aligned with our brand's culinary vision.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our dishes meet our high standards of taste, presentation, and safety.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our kitchen operations are running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
