Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to drive implementation and ensure a quality solution is designed, built, and delivered.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients on design, questions, concerns, and issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and account managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Design and build complex technical solutions to real-life business problems using a range of technologies, including RDBMS, Python, C#, JavaScript, and others.
  • Mentor and advise the development team on software design, development, and implementation.
  • Communicate estimates and actuals with key internal project leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Depth and breadth of knowledge and experience in a wide range of technologies, including PL/SQL, SQL, Python, C#, and others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Computer Science degree and 8+ years of software development experience.
