Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for designing complex projects and leading a team of software developers in support of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business clients and technical stakeholders to drive implementation and ensure a quality solution is designed, built, and delivered.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients on design, questions, concerns, and issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and account managers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Design and build complex technical solutions to real-life business problems using a range of technologies.
  • Mentor and advise the development team on software solutions.
  • Communicate estimates and actuals with key internal project leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience with integrity, respect for others, attention to detail, timeline sensitivity, and goal-oriented.
  • Depth and breadth of knowledge and experience in a wide variety of technologies.
  • Consultant mindset to help clients solve business challenges.
  • Technical knowledge to perform performance analysis and answer software-specific installation questions.
  • Ability to lead meetings with clear objectives and follow-up action items.
  • Ability to perform FLCD including design, code, test, and debug of complex software programs.
  • Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts and terminology to non-technical business users.
  • Computer Science degree, 8+ years of software development experience, and experience in a client-facing consultant role.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to 25%.
