Opportunity Description:

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Packaging to join our sustainability team. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our global packaging sustainability strategy. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of packaging materials, design principles, and manufacturing processes, as well as experience in sustainability and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Thinking: Develop and implement a comprehensive packaging sustainability strategy that aligns with RBI's overall sustainability goals.
  • Project Management: Manage and execute projects related to packaging sustainability, including the development of new packaging materials and the implementation of sustainable packaging practices.
  • Communication & Reporting: Track and report progress against work plans and sustainability goals, and communicate with stakeholders on packaging sustainability initiatives.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of packaging materials, design principles, and manufacturing processes, as well as experience in sustainability and supply chain management.
  • Skills & Abilities: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Education and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as packaging engineering, sustainability, or supply chain management.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in packaging and sustainability, with a strong understanding of packaging materials, design principles, and manufacturing processes.
