Salary
We offer an attractive salary package, competitive with industry standards for this role. The estimated annual salary for a Senior Solution Consultant is €85,000 - €110,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
Delivering ITSM Excellence
In this key role, you will lead solution implementation projects, owning technical and business design of the end-to-end solution during implementation. Conducting design reviews and data quality assurance are also critical responsibilities. As a senior member of our team, you will manage and communicate with external client teams during the sales process and post-sales delivery. You will lead and participate in RFPs, providing technology solution content, and audit existing clients' implementations, recommending enhancements where necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you should have:
  • 5+ years working in IT or customer support organizations;
  • 1-3 years' experience working as a technical consultant or business analyst in the delivery implementation of ServiceNow;
  • Good understanding of SQL, Java, XML, and web-based technologies;
  • 1+ years' experience in implementing and aligning business processes to the ITIL best practices;
  • Fluent in German and English, another European language would be an asset;
  • Travels within Europe.
